Ken the manager and Dillon in Sales, both very difficult to work with.

We purchased a pool liner from the Pool Place in March and did not receive it until Oct. (dillon said it would take 10 days) They were putting up their Christmas trees when we made our last attempt to get the liner we PREPAID for in March. They had many excuses, including "You already picked it up". Ken the manager is very rude and does not want to talk to you and defers you to Dillon who is a very arrogant young kid with an attitude of "he doesn't care" about the customer, they are not there to help you. I would not recommend buying any pool items from them as they are very difficult people to work with, they just don't care. They really need to replace Ken and Dillon with someone more personable. I don't think they like their jobs and you can tell by both of their attitudes. Stay away from The Pool Place. You will not be satisfied with this place.
